Every Sunday from approximately 2-6pm the MAW will host some form of Sunday Skool.
Starting June 9, Madison Area Wellness Collective Presents... Health and Well-being Series
2-4pm Yoga Tools for Stress Management : Join Certified Yoga Therapist, Iris Mickey, for breathing practices and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation for deep healing and relaxation.
4-6pm we'll host hands-on work parties related to building our collective Front Yard Gardens and Beyond project. Everyone can participate - you don't even have to garden if you don't want to. Lots of cool ways to get involved. Tell your friends!
